I work during the week, so difficult to get things done. Ron came on Saturday, at a time I selected, and measured my closet and made suggestions, then gave me models of what he would do. Through no fault of his own, scheduling got mixed up. I thought he was coming one week, but he was scheduled the week before. So on Thursday when he thought he was scheduled to be here, I was at work. He emailed me, then waited while I rushed home to let him in to get started. I have two very big dogs, but Ron’s description of how much he cared for his own dog left me comfortable enough to return to work leaving him here in my home with my two dogs to get the work done. By the time I was off work, my closet was completely done and perfect for what I wanted/needed. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
